Healow is a secure patient portal that allows you to:

  • request an appointment

  • schedule your own same-day-sick appointment online (coming soon)

  • message us directly

  • view your chart

  • pay your bill

  • and more!

After your family is registered,*we highly recommend Healow as the first choice for contacting Downtown Pediatrics* for any of your patient needs. This service is free to you, and you will be able to access all of your children's charts with one quick and easy login.

We are currently contacting each of our families to assist with registration to the portal.

 

Pro Tip: If you only have one child, you can register yourself for the portal.

1. Click the Healow button above. 

2. Choose "Enroll Now"

3. Enter your child's name, date of birth, and the mobile phone number on file with our clinic. 

4. Verify your registered mobile number.

5. Receive a "Great News" confirmation that your account is created.

6. Click "Continue" to create your new password.

7. Download the Healow App and login to access your portal.
